  My last experience was HORRIBLE. I went in for some one to take a look at my lights because I had just gotten a bulb changed in the back (at a different shop out of town)and all of my others stopped working. I went in and told them I needed diagnostics, I was told it would be 20 minutes... I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours. When I finally thought, "this is ridiculous" and asked about the status, I was told, "I had a lot of electrical issues going on with my car." I waited another 30 minutes, then I went up to the counter to just get my keys and leave, being that they had not even brought me a diagnostic sheet to tell me what was wrong with my car. It was then that I was told THEY HADNT EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR! Where did this false pre-diagnosis come from then? And what took 3 hours?! I took my keys and left. I then drove an hour back to the original shop where the mechanic listened to what I said and told me "I'm very sorry, I can fix that right now." He immediately tightened the bulb he changed earlier and all of the lights began working again. Precision would have had me pay $85 for a false diagnosis that "took 3 hours" AND pay for "electrical work" that I didn't need. The manager couldn't even explain why this happened. I will NEVER go there again. They were my go-to for oil changes also and I don't even trust them with that anymore.
