  I got to this restaurant at least once a week. The last two occasions I went while the service was fast. The cashier was so concern with speed that she ignored the need for quality service. My order was not filed as I requested and when asked for napkins (because none was in the bag) the young lady in a huff gave me 1 napkin. I ordered chili and I was at the drive through. When I got back to my office, there were large hunks of hamburger patties in the chili. I couldn't eat it. I felt like the meat could have been leftovers from partially consumed burgers. I'm sure that is not the case, but presentation is key to satisfaction. Since this restaurant has been remodeled, which has not improved the customer experience inside the restaurant at all, the customer service at the drive through has been very dissatisfying.
