  If I could give no stars, I would. I left three messages over a span of five days trying to get someone to return my call. On the fourth phone call I actually spoke to someone other than the receptionist. I took the opportunity to let them know what had happened to me during the week and that I'd be finding another fence company to give my business to.
  
  No apology. No "let's find a way to make this right". Nothing.
  
  I hope their fences are better than their customer service.
