  I have been trying to get my tattoo finished by Lee House for MONTHS now. No one will pick up the phone or message me back. I’m $2000+ in to a sleeve and always tipped over 30%. I am in PA now and literally need 3 hours or so to finish up and I wanted to find a time to fly down to get it done. Silence. I would use caution with this shop. Artist have to potential to leave you with a half finished tattoo for a year and not respond.
