  Prices are more than double other supermarkets. The sale price should not be save 1 cent or running a regular price as a sale price. Needs to focus on actual running a good sale ad for its customers.
  A happy customer will be a returning customer. Great prices and better sale items will get more customers in the stores. Replace Corporate with people that actually have good , fresh new ideas to better this company. Put it to better advertising, Order Online pick-up service, Charge your vendors rent. Charge for the amount of space they use in your stores.Be more exclusive in what vendor and produces you carry on your shelves. Make more exclusive offerings and advertise it to the customers. Offer a Wine Paring Club for your customers. Use a Offset pricing method. Run a "Good" advertised sale price on select items for the week; But go up on selected items that sell on a regular bases to "offset" your advertised sale items.You will be able to offer more comparable sale prices to the customers. Finally better pay increases for its store level employees. They are the frontlines of any company. They do most of the work to make every customer happy to shop there again.
