  Ellen was a guest at Four Paws for 3 nights. Having come from a shelter, we had a lot of anxiety about how she would react. We toured the place before leaving her. The staff was extremely courteous. When we arrived with Ellen, they greeted us and immediately began giving her rubs and attention. We called numerous times during the weekend to check on her. Everyone was always kind in calming our fears, and giving us a run down of what she had been up to. When we picked her up on Monday, she was happy as could be. I loved getting a report card from them as well as the groomer. We will definitely use them again! To the reviews complaining about fleas, the paperwork you sign clearly states to have your pet on flea control. No issues here.
