  For starters the people working here are Pleasant enough however this company is the only reason why I still have to have a checkbook. I do not understand why they are stuck in the 80s and for the past two years have been telling me they are working on a way to accept cards or online payment but I'm pretty sure that's just a way for them to satisfy the customer and get them to quit complaining about either having to mail a check and hope it gets there in time or drive all the way to the company to use the Dropbox for "convenience". If you're not planning on it (upgrading payment options) then don't lie to your customers and just tell them you'd rather remain archaic and use paper checks.
