  First and last time we will order from East Coast Wings. Called in a take out order for my son and I and multiple items were missing from our order. When I called back to discuss it I was hung up on. When I finally got through to the manager, who apparently took my order, I was assured I was not charged for the missing items and that was it... no apology, no offer to correct their mistake, nothing. And I'm still not sure I was not charged for the missing food, it's not adding up right. If the manager is that incompetent I can only imagine how the other staff members are. The food we did get was not very good. The wings were very dry and crusty. The carnival fries were plain, no powdered sugar or cinnamon like the menu promised, and of course they forgot the sauce but that should be ok because I wasn't charged extra for it according to the manager. Great job guys. Way to go. Wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered.
